How did I go from earning two engineering degrees to founding my own real estate brokerage business?
My name is Zsuzsa Szupper, and I have been working in sales since 2016, leaving behind my original engineering profession. It’s difficult to capture in just a few lines what this industry truly means to me.
I stumbled into sales completely by chance—I had no long-term plans to stay. However, from the very beginning, I felt that this was something entirely different from anything I had ever done before. It was full of challenges, opportunities for growth, and, of course, success. I started my career in product distribution at an international company. Over time, I realized that paying attention to people, showing empathy, maintaining a solution-oriented mindset, and demonstrating diligence and patience consistently led to more satisfied clients. At that point, it became clear to me that this was my future.
One particular field of sales had always fascinated me—the world of real estate brokerage. So when I decided to make a change, I knew exactly where I wanted to continue my career. I started learning the trade at a premium real estate agency, where, thanks to my exceptional mentors and previous experience, I quickly mastered the profession.
In 2024, I launched my own business, combining nearly nine years of experience with my creative perspective to provide a high-quality service. My goal is to become the best possible partner for my clients, helping them navigate their real estate needs with confidence and ease.
